The first generation of the Honda Acty was produced from 1977 to 1988 (model series TA,TB,TC,VD,VH) while the second generation ran from 1988-1999. The third generation (now eligible for import) ran from 1999-2009 (model series HA6, HA7, HH5, HH6 with E07Z engine) appeared May 28, 1999 and the van is still in production.
The Acty comes available in a RWD or Real Time 4WD drivetrain that can be paired with a 4 speed automatic or 5 speed manual transmission. Approximately 45 hp is put out through a fuel efficient 600cc engine that can achieve up to 45 mpg.
The Acty is often outfitted, from the factory, with hydraulic dump beds, hydraulic scissor lifts, hydraulic scissor/dump combo’s, electronic bed mounted cranes, enclosed refrigerated beds, boxed beds or with power lift gates.
Popular aftermarket options include turf or Trax tires for golf courses, landscapers, farmers and hunters.
